Do like Buffet does, buy LOW, when you see a bargain. Right now the US dollar is low and the best deal out there.

You can argue about the direction of the dollar, but you fail to indicate that any move toward a stronger dollar will be temporary. The long term outlook on the U.S. dollar is much, much lower. I will be buying any substantial dips in silver. You also forgot that demand for silver is rising all over the world. You're the bagholder.
