every major mine has contracts for the next 10 years locking up production to the dealers and other industies. and production has been falling off not going up. End of story long term trend is up not down.
Hell If I was a Mine owner I would not be selling my Mineral rights for todays price and a 10 year contract... Unless of coarse I was guarantee to share in the rise at least by a small % .. Like 25% Increase .
