    • Scarylarry is a perma-bull so his opinion is biased. Anyhow I did a little research, SLV cost to mine was 17.75 in 2011. All things considered, it couldnt be more than 20/oz today. This is to mine in America. Its cheaper in South America because of lower gas and labor costs.

Misterscrewed is using technical analysis and not acting like a perma bull/bear so I would put more emphasis on his thoughts. Here is what I see for SLV...

SLV needs to test the 28.60 level from a Dec. and early Jan. If it busts through that then 26.75 is what I would be looking for. So I would be inclined to start a small position at 28.75 (assuming it bounces from the 28.60 support.) and then add to it if it gets to 26.75 then bounces to about 27 flat. Trend is up overall, so I would look to sell at 34.

    • No dreams just the facts!
You must be new to metals and or mining!
Since the 80's miners have come and gone and most left because of price even me!
So are you telling me more gold and silver was extracted in 1989 than in 1985?

    • Slv mines?
Their costs are 17.75 to mine?
The mining companies avg in 2011 was around 25$ an ounce!
It couldnt be more than 20$an ounce today?
Then why is hl cde and many other losing money at 30+ per ounce?
