Obama: Economy improving, Real Estate taking off

The sociopath failed to mention that the economy requires an endless amount of QE and trillions more in National debt to keep it from collapsing, plus real estate benefits from QE 3 but doesn't replace the millions of people who have no jobs and can't buy a house and probably never will since there will be no job recovery in our lifetime.

    • Gold and silver should skyrocket this year, especially when GDP drops again because of the higher taxes. The Government reported a Jan. surplus of 3 billion, but at what cost? I imagine the cost in economic activity was 10 times that. The "rich" not only tighten their purse strings, but pass those higher tax costs on down the line. Then the FED will have to print even more, causing higher inflation.

    • All that money printing has to go somewhere

    • True all the money printing has to go somewhere so money will come out of the bond market bubble
