    • i now believe they had the same VC type approach with elon, just missed on the timing of the bubble.

    • yes that was quite the disclosure after the fact of course of using a non approved meter in nuon. maybe ken did not get the consent of enel and that trigger the whole series of event. copy right infrigement is a serious crime. maybe figure they better not pull that one on doing a CA trial.

and now with ken calling all the utilities and meter company dumb and slow movers, no one wants to partner with him of course.

    • Good finds. What your links illustrate, is someone (KO) that is on the cutting edge of technology and has connections and financial clout. These guys out in SV are way ahead the rest of a Joe Schmo's in understanding the direction of tech.

      • way ahead and what yours take on the wrong meter shape excuse. come on charlie, stop being in love with the guy.

makes me think you might have a ceo with a little too much outside activities. its allowed, but be more acceptable if elon was returning shareholder value.

like the corporate jet for elon, your ok with that also?

      • KO is no technological tour de force.

With so much financial acumen you think he would have gotten the round meter out by now. Or maybe penned a deal. (singular)

I'm not fond of the management side right now.

Just seems like the meter side of this business is bumble-stumble. Can't even have the meter specs listed on the web site. That's a great start for customers looking into the tech... Can't even find the stinking meter onsite.

Maybe KO could put that "cutting-edge" technology to work on getting some NES content on the web site.
