First of all, why would anyone take what you have to say seriously when you refer to Echelon as money "loosers"? Buy a freaking dictionary or take a class at the community college.
Second, if you are going to say something negative, at least say something that is accurate. Echelon is not raising money by selling stock, nor have they ever done that since I have been a shareholder. There are reasons why they are a $6 stock, dillution is not one of them.
johnmr12 - while dilution has not occurred because of stock sales it has occurred because of stock options in two ways. First, income has been reduced under the new accounting rules - see the option expense on the income statement. Second, when the market value of the stock is greater than the exercise price (which it is often since this company keeps changing the options to a lower exercise price) then more stock is considered outstanding. Options that are in the money dilute EPS.
