Thank you for the correction. I am truly humbled. It's just that one of my greatest pet peeves is people actually thinking the word "loser" is spelled "looser". It has gotten so bad, I have seen a college professor spell it that way, not by mistake, but thinking that is how it is spelled.
And thanks also to the person who pointed out the "dilution" caused by stock options. However, those options only cause dilution when they are exercised, which would mean the stock price has risen. Echelon isn't $5 because of stock options being issued. The entire market has corrected stock prices to be more in line with a P/E ratio of 10 or less, which is more rational than P/E's of 50 and 60. Unfortunately for Echelon, they have no P/E ratio, so they are going to be hit even harder.
