The silence is deafening. Are we really supposed to believe that Russia is still running their pilot program? There is no SEC rule that says a company has to notify shareholders about contracts that they DON'T get. I'm starting to think they didn't get the Russia deal, and they prefer to just let it sort of go away like they did with their pilots in Australia that they didn't win.
I have no idea, but I assume the largest provider of energy is taking part in the 5 company pilot program. How long has that program been going on now, 2 years or 3? Common sense tells me that it takes about 6-12 months of testing to know who has the best stuff.
