    A few questions

Hi I am new to CHKR. I have 2 questions:

    1. Unit value at the end - what happens to the unit value in 2031 when the trust dissolves? Does it go to zero, or does it retain some value that will be returned to unit holders?

    2. K1 - I am new to K1. Should I be highly concerned for taxes. I am pretty small potatoes, but language I've seen on a K-1 makes it seem like I will be taxed on CHKR revenues (pro-rata on shares held).

    Thanks for your help!

    • You should read the prospectus. It can be found on their website or the SEC's website. It explains what happens at the end of the trust and describes the tax reporting and implications as well as the distribution projections and the assumptions on which they are based.
