What is up with this POS Stock

I thought the Hedge Fund guys were going to get this thing going. It's going all right, straight down from when the meeting took place.

    • I have been long here for quite some time--sad to say, HESS really is now a POS---internal issues have mugged this company and the market effect is telling. If I bail now, I lose a considerable sum, so I will stay as I think there will be some move toward some stability in the next week or so. But, I will bail very soon. As for you, you must do what you will--but, I really doubt that HES can right itself this year. If you can bear it, hang around. If you think that it would be could to get some cash and plug it into a better investment, do that. Best of luck.

This is becoming very painful to hold. Does not see an up day no matter what. Is this what the proxy was all about. I feel so stupid for thinking the proxy battle would change something, on,y has made holding the stock worse. Wish I understood it better

      • SARCASM ALERT:
Anon: Gee Boss, you look a bit glum today, what is wrong?
JH: Wrong? I'll tell you what is wrong. I just got on the executive elevator behind some guy who did not even acknowledge who I was or in fact off so I could ride alone.
Anon: Probably one of those new directors boss, probably did not recognize you.
JH: That is exactly the point. How could he not, the elevator has an oil of me.
Anon: Maybe he was engaged and did not see the painting.
JH: Impossible, and then I got to the office and called CNBC, the guys who always put me on anytime anything of note was going on with oil so I might impart my extensive knowledge to an uninformed public. The producer said they would put me in line just behind some guy from Royal Energy, a firm I never even heard of and since found out it is some micro cap loser.
Anon: Wow boss, I guess I'd be upset too. You having a bad few months for sure. These money guys stole the company from your clutches, similar in fact to how you booted out the Asamera folks long ago.
JH: Yeah, that was when what I said around here meant something.
Anon: Actually I think it was your dad who orchestrated that one.
JH: Well, same name, same result I guess. But I am not going to let this get me down, I called Cavuto on the rival Fox show and he promised me a spot on their show.
        Anon: When is that boss.
JH: He said something about the cows but I don't recallt the rest he said but I assume it is soon.
Anon: BTW, the mayor called and wanted to know why you are not flying the Flag on Flag day on the building.
JH: You mean he wants me to take down the Hess Flag with my likeness and put up the US Flag??
Anon: Yes, you know Bloomberg he likes to get his way.
JH: Well, at least the Mayor knows me and called me.
Anon: Well, that should boost your spirits.
JH: Out of the way peon, I am off to my limo so I can get to my club. Don't forget the rose petals.
