I think that mosy of the long term investers are selling to lock in the 15% captail gain tax rate and everyone running from the finaceal cliff. Almost all of mlps are in a down sprial . Also it looks like we getting the sept,oct market correction in oct, nov this year.

regulations on fracking and more talking about fracking, epa crap, you name it, truly a shame.

Looking for the same answer, but ex-dividend a week ago and cost impact from the hurricane Sandy may make investors stay away for the moment.
I have this on my watch-list and consider to replace one of my Oil/Energy/Offshore stocks and with an annual payout close to 10% it starts to looks very interesting.
