What lawsuit? The appeal of the rates as unjustifiably high? Utilities have a license to steal; everyone should own one. If they can't justify the rates they charge to use their pipes, the Regulator can make them lower them. I doubt there will be a problem. The Company might offer to lower, slightly, at worst, IMO.
Anybody know of another lawsuit? I like their pick-up of the fuel terminals in the N.Y.C. area and the proximity to all the airports that use zillions of tons of jet fuel.
