not even light can escape the force of it's gravity

But is gravity really a force in and of itself? What is the dark force that can overwhelm the speed of light? When light is sucked into the event horizon, How much faster is the speed.. a little bit, just enough to distort it ? Is the gravity force many times faster the speed of light? Does ,, does the Gforce vary ? Or is it the mass of the singularity that determines the gravitational pull speed ? or is the event horizon deminision constant as is the speed of light? These are my questions that matter, nothing else here really matters to me.
