I see DHR recommended everywhere, yet puzzlingly the price goes down day-by-day. It seems that there is something "behind-the-scenes" causing this downward move.
I beleive it's because we're part of the S&P. So if S&P fund holders are selling due to negative overall market reports, DHR will go down too.
Thanks radman. An interesting observation, but it seems to me circular reasoning. Like which came first, the chicken or the egg.If the S&P is calculated based on the stocks therein, including DHR, then the price of DHR will impact the S&P calculation. Not the other way around.
