Vanguard Natural Resources announced it has entered into a definitive agreement with an undisclosed seller to acquire certain non-operated oil and natural gas assets in Montana for a purchase price of $131.0 million..............secondary offering will be coming soon.....how many units and at what price....TBD. This could drive this already beaten down stock even lower in share price. I'm holding on but it is painful.
'immediately accretive' - The properties are located in the Bakken trend and are characterized by mature oil production with some associated natural gas production. The properties will be immediately accretive to cash flow and have current net production of approximately 1,100 BOE per day. http://www.reuters.com/finance/stocks/VNR/key-developments/article/2644131

Is this what you're talking about?
What makes you think they plan another? They've just changed their dividend from quarterly to monthly. Again, what makes you think they're contemplating another offering?
