hmm this is a bit troubling. NVTL much cheaper and pretty much the same products yet Netgear goes with Aircard over NVTL. Not necessarily a ringing endorsement for NVTL
SWIR may buy NVTL's M2M because this company is in shut down mode. First the PC segment, next the M2M. The goodwill write off is the tea leaf. If the business is so good, why write off the goodwill? It was a bad investment.
