If they realy thought that they were every going to make money in the near future they would be buying back stock like crazy...they would be fools not to. I am taking this as a very bad sign. This seals the deal that they should sell the company so it can become just a division of a successful company...is there another company out there that has operated this long with virtually no significant eps..just a personal opinion
who would want them? Netgear could have bought them and gotten cash, M2M and virtually the same connectivity capability as they got from SWIR for a cheaper amount but yet still chose SWIR. Why is that?
It appears that they have too much overhead just to sell their MIFI brand. So even at 7$ per share the whole company can be bought possibly for about 245 million...that gets them almsot 400 million in revenue and possibly about 30-40 million in net earnings if their company has synergy at they can remove op ex...for example PANTECH...AT 245 MILLION...they do ahve about 60 million in casha dn investments..deal of the century just an opinion
