    New Distribution of 19+ cents

    Correction:November Bondad gas price is 20% higher than October and so will December, so it is likely that the next two SJT distributions will be higher than December even with 8% production decline resulting from the transportation interuption.

    • You are probably right, In my model, I have taken down production 8% but using the El Paso-San Juan hub price data both real and projected, I see the following distributions for SJT:

      Jan .193
      Feb .213
      Mar .200

      The critical assumption of course is that production has been affected by only 8% and we have no way of knowing how the various individual operators in the San Juan Basin have been affected by the temporary decrease in pipeline capacity.
