OT Anyone here invest in HGT also?

Just wondering if any of you are invested in HGT and would share your thoughts about future prospects. Thanks.

    • Yes, SJT, MTR, HGT, PWE, DMLP.

The prospects for HGT? Good. HGT went through a period of high capex will the Wyoming area was experiencing low prices due to pipeline capacity shortage. Capex now down and capacity is up. Royalties should improved greatly--though the current price is already reflecting some of that.

    • New to this board but, post on the investor village board. I hold eight NG stocks and six trusts. In the trusts HGT is my largest holding after years of being in and out of SJT. XTO's CEO recently bought 200k shares of HGT(a spin off from XTO a couple years back). The distribution had an increase from thirteen cents to nineteen cents for the Dec. period. The increasing pay out will continue as NG is now about a buck and a half higher than the pay out basis for Dec. SJT is my second largest trust holding.

      Re:halfgassed

    • Yes I have more HGT than SJT right now, because HGT has been so undervalued as the result of poor gas prices on the 1/3 of the production that goes through the Rocky Mountain pipeline. With recently increased pipeline capacity, that problem is over now and HGT should have much higher distributions starting in March. I also like MTR, SBR and PBT, and MVO for oil.

See Mcdep.com for more info on HGT, SJT, MTR, SBR and PBT

    • I own and like HGT. It has almost recovered from the selling pressure when XTO sold off their stake some time back. I believe SJT and HGT to be among the best RT's. Along with MTR.
