I just don't understand all the panic. Please, all of you, just sell out. The unit price has not gone down lately, so you should be able to get your money back. I could suggest a couple of internet barains that might return you 30-40% a year(or lose 90%). I must admit to having been around the barn more times than I can count and a 14% return suits me fine. Look at some of the other trusts. I own HGT as well as this one, and the returns are all about the same this month. Does that imply that all the operators are crooks and in cahoots to cheat all of us? I think the SEC would have something to say about that. As to the royalty shortages contained in message 444, you miss the point entirely. If BR loses that case, they will have to pay us, the rotyalty holders not take away. This is another case like the last. Yes they may underestimate on the royalty payments intentionally or not, but will get caught sooner or later. If anyone out there knows where I can get 14% or more on a reliable basis with less risk, then step up and let us all know of the wonderful goose that supplies this windfall. Please all of you that seem so unhappy with this investment, sell, sell, sell. I for one, am in the process of doing some annual portfolio readjustment and would love to buy some more of this one at a reduced cost.
    Good luck with Priceline.com etc.
