    VLCC Deal Now A Loser

    the way i get it is that the VLCCs were bought to create immediate value and cash flow while the clean tankers were being built. Plus give NNA some credibility in the tanker world, since everything else in NM is dry bulkers. Also would allow them to hire tanker people immediately, which gives them in-house experience around the conference table while ramping up. Don't forget they have cabotage tanker vessels in S. America also.

    I have confidence in Ms. Frangou's team. They are not playing checkers- they are chess players. So must we be.

    Not that I see anything wrong with crunching numbers, and trying to shoot holes in their reports.
