The Public InterestStatement filed with the Parties’application indicated that the Parties have agreed that the current retail service plans of both ACS and GCI will continue to be supported by
AWN, so ACS and GCI will be able to continue providing wireless services totheir existing customers, under the same terms and conditions in effect prior to the c
losing,for at least two years.
The Parties also now have agreed that ACS and GCI each will be allowed to add new customers to any Alaska only Legacy Plan (as the term Legacy Plan is defined in the Parties’ Facilities and Network Use Agreement or “FNUA”) in existence as of May 1, 2013 for a minimum period of one year
following the closing. The FNUA is being amended accordingly.
