    paying down the THEIR debt

so ALSK issued 1.2 millions shares to the debt holder, at .01 cent per share, there are another 4.8 million shares to be given to the other debt holders, the bottom line is that the company will pay all debts with the shares, therefore the share price will fluctuate between 1 to 2 dollars a share,i would say very close to 1,so,am i delusional?am i smoking weed?the answer is NO,i'm a businessman, and as a businessman tome it makes sense to let my investors pay for my mistakes, but for the investors is totally unfair being forced to pay for other people mistakes or miscalculations,

    Sentiment: Strong Sell

    • Those converted in to shares at .01 knows so as they sold above 3 dollar and now in panic mode buying back. There is no way it will go below 2.30. This is realy long term play. There are 118 mill shares can be issued in few years from now so no chance for big upside unless you wait another 10 years.I am holding 1700 shares.

that's right,i had 5000 shares bought at 2.85 and i had to sell at 2.98,i basically broke even, now i'm just looking to see where these shares are going, ready to jump back in,and that's why i write on the MB,also some investment in the stock market are for short period,ALSK do not qualify as a long term investment, there is no dividends, and there won't be any dividends for a while,so you can only make money on the share prices,so far.

        Sentiment: Strong Sell

    • The par value is .01. The 1.2 million shares issued were for $3.5-million in debt, that's 2.916 per share.
