Hiring management for pennies. Maybe, they should give management a pay cut first. Like a 50 percent cut in pay. Then if they don't like it the can move to another pizza chain and get paid less if they like it. In fact, find out what wage they are hiring them for. Then pay PZZA managers for a quarter more.
I went to Papa today. Strange most are only in West and South in the San Fernando Valley. Had 2 employees working both friendly, upbeat, and efficient. PZZA was $7.99 a good deal. Store was clean and appeared of quality. Service great. Delivery car was an old car probably owned by employee, but shows they are just workers trying to earn a living. Very little graphics and menus, only two flyers on the pizza and one near the register. Flyer's were small to as is the menu of choices. The store was run efficiently!
The only thing I can say is I hope the corporate office has no more than 100 employees. It would be an insult to the fine efficient workers of PZZA.
BTW, I hope PZZA does not fire any employees or managers, just offer them a lower wage.
