Congrats to the longs with the positive results. Now you can boast about having some real world human data. I hope some of you took profits on this.
Now, however a new series of questions come to mind. The first, the p-value. To me it seemed a little high. Maybe someone can enlighten me as to why this is so and what is considered significant? Would rather have seen numbers like p=.001, not 4-6 times greater or worse yet, 190 times greater (p=.19) for the 300M dose arm.
Secondly, it IS very interesting to note the insider selling. These guys always seem to sell on news. Crooked Zami and crew. Never trusted them.
Thirdly....MLV. How many shares do you people think were issued in the past week? 3M, 4M, 10M? We will be the last to know. They're needing cash soon. Cha gave them $0, only shares. Keep tuning into sec dot gov for details, or wait for the Q1 results. Q4 2013 should be released soon and everyone knows we need to read these things with a fine toothed comb as management can be pretty elusive when it comes to financials.
md, isn't this the same pattern from 18 months ago. First Pluristem comes out with some news or posting almost daily. All this is good news or just a constant stream of press releases. Stock continues to rise on this endless string or PR releases. Then insiders sell all on the way up (last time they sold at the peak of $5). Then finally they announce new financing, stock plummets, and the company goes quite for months. This feels like the same pattern. I'm I wrong?
