Imperial Industries, Inc. manufactures and distributes building materials to building materials dealers and others located in Florida, Mississippi, Georgia and Alabama and, to a lesser extent, other states in the Southeastern part of the United States, as well as foreign countries. The Company's products are used by developers, general contractors and subcontractors in the construction or renovation of residential, multifamily and commercial buildings and swimming pools. Imperial Industries makes products through its wholly owned subsidiaries, Premix-Marbletite Manufacturing Co. and Acrocrete, Inc. The Company distributes its own and complementary products through its wholly owned subsidiary, Just-Rite Supply, Inc. The manufacturing facilities produce and distribute stucco, roof tile mortar and plaster products, while the distribution facilities expand its product line by distributing gypsum, roofing and insulation products as well as products made by the Company.
