Somewhere I read that pomegranate and grapefruit juice negate the benefits of cholesterol-loering medicines. Is that so?
I don't have to take cholesterol lowering medicine so I can't respond to that. Provide a link.However, a friend of mine drinks the same fruit juices I do and takes Promise Activ drink and that has demonstrated to lower cholesterol in my friend.I also only eat whole-grains breads and cereals, whole-rice..etc
