If Interwoven puts a technical witness on the stand in front of a jury similar to the deposition given by Shashi Mazumdar, currently "Chief Architect for the Customer Experience Management Solution" at Interwoven they will lose the trial.
Give it a read if you're looking for a laugh. I've never seen somebody have to be chased down for an answer like that.

Port- I am wondering if we got the dollar amounts for all the other Interwoven products using VCSY patents beyond just Teamsite . If we do have those figures it would amount to well over 200 million in damages. It is looking worse for Interwoven everyday. They do not stand a chance in court. I agree it is best to settle. This new information is embarrassing for Interwoven.
Mic - After reading the depositions of the Interwoven experts that JQ has been posting on RB, you and Port are absolutely right. They would be stupid to go to trial. Why automatically pay triple damages and be left more exposed.
