I believe that RNN would surely need to issue out additional shares to fund their operation. However, your guess is as good as mine as to when they would do it. According to google finance, RNN currently have around $14 million and they burn cash at the rate of around $6 million last year. However, I wouldn't rush into any other companies to try to recover any losses ... which usually result in more losses per se. Thanks for raising the possibility of dilution for the forum.
