Those nice folks from India at Sun Pharma will learn about the pariahs in the American legal system and settle with these extortionists. Sun's shareholder get their pocket picked by the greedy opportunists. What did Shakespeare say, "First let's kill all the lawyers" Same individuals -way back when.
So if you sign up with one of the law firms, what is the benefit? If they win a settlement, won't it apply to all shareholders? And IF there is a settlement, and you are on record of one of these class action suits, won't your share of the settlement essentially be absorbed by the legal fees? Am I missing something here? BTW- I am sitting with roughly 40,000 shares of DUSA, so I am interested in your thoughts.
