If you did not sell by now you might be holding for a while. There is a determined efforts by the current shareholders (the banks) to not sell (which surprised me). The banks have a huge amount of faith in Arlotta (they were the ones who searched long and hard for a replacement and have alot of confidence in him). The banks believe Arlotta will get this ship turned around quickly (the next quarter might still be a problem) and are giving him some time (this is all speculation on my part-this is why it is called a chat room you Arlotta groupies). From the reaction of the price in the last few days I would say the deal is dead, for now. This all could change quickly though. The arbs on the street are the best and the brightest, follow their lead.
I would argue the deal is still on precisely because the arbs have not dumped the stock back down to the teens. Speculation by me as well. This is a tough trade to enter now since you are looking at 12-15 points down versus, maybe, 2-3 up if OCR sweetens. Not that we matter at all in this. interesting if nothing else.
FTC will not permit it. Too bad ladies. Time to start shorting.
You're such a chicken shi*. If you're so confident, then why are you so afraid to say who you are and who those secret "insiders" are? You're so full of crap that pigs are probably swarming around you.
What the hell are you talking about? This is just a chat board (it is a mixture of speculaion, a tiny bit of knowledge and fear and greed). I know it will hurt to lose your job when Omnicare eventually buys your sorry ass company but at least there is unemployent.
I do encourage you to buy, the more you buy, the higher NCRX, the morelikely it will not be bought, then it will be brought down by a earning warning or miss ...
