We are fixing to loose a great investment opportunity here in the US when Telestone goes private - why? - because we didn't support the company or the stock. Sure, we'll win short term with an attractive buyout price - but long term - we're potentially loosing an Apple, IBM or Google type company.
Matters not where the company is listed, it's where the headquarter and operations are that counts. In the 80's and early 90's, it was fashionable to list in both NYSE and Nikkei, when Japan was going to take over the world.
