Nan_tak what do you think now?

    Hi nan_tak,
What do you say now. 3 times in a month. I mentioned 10 times (2 to 3 dollars) in 1 to 2 years. Do you agree now.I already told you about this, It is merely a guess and observation. sometimes you may be right and sometimes others may be right. But my gut feeling is something is going on behind. Even today I observed that, when there is bid for (ask price is )71 cents how come it is traded at 35 cents. I do not know who in the world will sell at 35 cents when some one is ready to buy at 71 cents. You may have better answers ( I have seen many of your posts on this board) please clarify if you can or post your thoughts.
    Thanks in advance

    • Hi samm_ssj. What do I think? Wow...

Summary: I think it would be great if Telestone was bought at a premium and the shareholders got some of their money back. It's a shame when investors get bludgeoned like this - I've been on the receiving end more than once too.

Technology: I don't think TSTC could ever compete. I could go into more detail but I'm not sure it matters. I'm not an expert in this niche but I've worked at several telecom equipment makers and I don't think TSTC has a chance.

Big picture: I think TSTC is completely fraudulent. Why? When TSTC bought Sichuan I thought it was a great move. Now you've got a major division that refuses to provide financial records? Why? I can think of several possibilities and they're all really bad. And TSTC has already said they won't be able to get financials from their own division until fall 2013 at the earliest? Huh?!?!

So even if TSTC isn't a complete fraud, they won't post financials until late this year at the earliest. Who would purchase a company in that kind of disarray? It's a mute argument IMO since I don't believe there's anything legitimate about TSTC.

Account receivables: I don't believe they are real. I'm not sure what else to say that hasn't already been said.

My background: This is one of many china small caps I traded back when they were red hot. I just looked and I haven't had a position in TSTC in 2 1/2 years. I only hung around this board instead of the PACT or RINO or LLEN or ONP boards because freddie and kelly and all their aliases were so... repungent, yet fascinating. Are they really as clueless and unethical as they seem? Is that possible? Or are they part of the scam? Either way the freddie horror show is the only reason I stayed.

Summary: If I really knew what was going on I would have been short long ago . There's no chance of TSTC rising from the ashes in my opinion but like I said at the beginning - if the shareholders get some money back good for them.

      - nan
