    Besides the whole bio platform idea, which is great, mm-398 is the one that really close to the final stage of FDA approval.
    And during some conference call, Mack said that the phase 3 study of mm-398 could finish at mid of 2013, half year earlier than schdule, so, can someone tell me what is the odds of mm-398 to get approved? or when can I see some major progress of the drug?

    • Personally I am optimistic about 398.

      It had very good Phase II results(25% of the patients lived for 1year, which is a lot for refractory pancreatic cancer) and since this is such a terrible disease and there are no currently approved therapeutics for this form of it the bar for approval is still relatively low. I suspect even a modest survival benefit would garner an approval from the FDA.
