Assuming they can roll out in 6 to 9 months like they said they will you can probably assume they will add another 30% to the top line (again, most internet retailers get 50% of revs from international). Let's see...$1.2 Billion + 15% growth + 30% top line from international:
$1.8 Billion in annual sales
Market cap = $680 Million
Price to Forward Sales = 0.38
Let's look at other internet retailers and overstock / liquidators valuations (price to forward sales):
GRPN - 2.57X (I know I know it's a "technology" company lol)
AMZN - 1.51X (again, another "tech" company)
LQDT - 2.01X
TJX - 1.32
ROST - 1.33
The last two are bricks and mortar retailers with much higher costs of capital. OSTK trades at 1/4 the valuation of the lowest ones in the above list.
The argument against OSTK is that it operates in a competitive landscape and has a history of weak performance. Unlike TJX or ROST or GRPN, right? They don't have to worry about WMT/TGT or AMZN.
