jeez - you'll get a slew of nasty responses to that question on this board.
STKL board authorized a buyback. Stkl has no extra cash laying around (so they'd have to BORROW money to buy shares) - and an authorization is just that, authority - NOT a mandatory action - so they bought about 30,000 shares back in the low 4's this summer. End of story.
Now there are some on the board who would argue that the company should use the buyback to artficially support the price everytime it dips below $5. That's absurd at best. The only unusual thing about STKL's buyback compared to everyone elses out there is that JK is brutally frank and stated in a CC that they didn't really intend to buy those shares.
Now let's hear from the masses? (unless they were weak hands that folded today)
