I don't do absolutes - and he has the ability to do whatever he wants within the limits of the trading windows previously repeated here (from SW's email details). I'm just saying that while the selling at the beginning of the month pissed me off, I don't dispute the veracity of their explanations. If I saw JK doing a market buy within 6 months of his market sell, I'd recant that belief and fall to the camp saying it's executive profit taking and I'd move 75% of my long term holding (6000 shr) to trading status and look to exit on upswings.
And before the inevitable comment comes about about JK's low salary, etc ad nauseum - I agree, he's underpaid - he's entitled to sell shares - I'm just saying I personally expect him to be consistent in what he presents to market. if you're selling, then you're selling. I don't tolerate 'trader' behavior from any exec in any stock I own. When it rears its head, I exit the stock.
