Martin said the ink / his company will be a subsidiary, just like the other subsidiaries efsf has. That alone is why they need to change the name. The name should either reflect the focus and direction of the company or the products they offer now and will in the future.
If you ask me I'd keep it as general as possible to be sure every product they have is covered. Right now you have cholesterol, nematodes and tattoo ink. That could be biotech but it isn't nutraceuticals or health care products. I'd go with a biotech or a holding company name, which efsf says they are. I think I'd go with a holding company name with brand names under it, just like Sears Holding. There are plenty out there, I'm just not that smart. lol
