They are a fund. Two funds actually. They bought in before the public offering, paying in the four dollar range. Both funds were scheduled to end at the end of this year, as the sophisticated investors behind the funds had committed the the original funds invested in Awilco Drilling Plc, to some other brilliant investment after the first of the year, that will probably make them more than the 5+ bager they had with ALWCF. When you can establish your own fund, play the game hard ball style, and think several moves ahead, chess style, only then you can call someone else a rookie.
I don't care who they are. They should have protected their values and worked out a deal with someone willing to step into their position and grow forward with this company. YOU certainly can't buy this many shares without driving UP the stock. I think they could have found a suitor or any number of suitor's that would have taken on the position as a group.
