    • Hi Gene

Bandiecoot ex of the NXTR days, still good to see you bashing the guys on this board.

Get into Gilead GILD, I am long on GILD though now an ex employee, they are going to go like a rocket sled on rails

    • Rip his heart out with your bare hands Gene and stamp on it! I love it. ......LMAO

Geno, so what do you see from here with PTCH? Just your opinion. I always respect your point of view. I am thinking of checking out now. Is there really a large gain to be made from where it is now anytime in the near future?

<<---nobody could be as stupid as you. You post like someone who has been burned by this company for years. You are so frustrated by your past association with PTCH that you lash out every chance you get. Your the kind of investor that's long a stock but almosts wishes that the company fails. You would get greater pleasure in saying "I told you so." rather than receiving any value above $6 for your stock.--->> blah, blah, blah.

      Yo blowhard,
*I'm in the money below 6 now AND already made a nice bundle.
*Yeah you're right, I'd like to see this pig fail but too many pressures/forces won't let this occur.
*You bet I'm frustrated with my "past association"(and present) with this pig, DESPITE being in the black. Inept bod's and *m*anagement as I see it, have missed(and continues) opportunity after opportunity after...on behalf of its shareholders.

I miss your informative post and research on this yahoo board.

    • As having seen Gene's posts here and other boards over the years (including Nexstar...remember that one Geno?) I can't help but like the guy and his wacky sense of humor. He usually is right on target with his research, intuitions and humor, but if he is not he owns up to it.

Hey Dan? I guess SARS didn't impact PTCH eh?

    • Thanks dan (or is it dano<g>?) It's been a long time since I had statistics but based on the 60/40, my inclination is to sell 40% now and wait and see what happens. If the stock price does go lower, it seems to me that increased earnings via new product will eventually (and hopefully) drive the price back up someday. Someday. I guess that's what we've always been waiting for. Someday.

IMVHO Ridgestone is still orchestrating behind the scenes with PTCH. They have everything to gain on any price above $6. I know they had wanted to merge PTCH or grow it by acqusitions. They gave up on BOD's and sold out to Gravette. I have said all along that Gravette wanted to take this company private. I also stated sometime back the reason they didn't extend the stock buyback was because Gravette wanted the price to come down so he and his cohorts could steal the company. I look for this company in 30-60 days to be around $7 or back down to about $4 to $4.50.
Good luck to those holding the stock. I personally see the upside about a buck max and the downside one or two bucks. Not good odds in my opinion. I do believe the odds probably favor about 60/40 a buyout above $6. However, part of the due diligence might be that they decide the value is greater than $6 and no bidder comes forward at above $6......then we go down again.

    • geno, good response!

can you ask dano what his take is now? will cyan up the $6? or will the board take it? Anyone else lurking in the woodpile to offer more?

You would get greater pleasure in saying "I told you so." rather than receiving any value above $6 for your stock.---Anytime a stock trades above the previous buyout offer of $6 after a PR release that tried to downplay any future developments, suggests to me at least that merger discussions are on going and at prices well above the previous $6 CYAN offer. Now if you can't deduce that I'm sorry.---Of late your postings don't even rise to the level of crap.
