Yes but if you listened carefully to the CNBC report they drank the Sony Kool-aid also referring to the infringement as "alleged."

A quick search on this guy showed me he is a Sony pawn.
Listen to the audio and the guy does not even know what he is talking about. IMO, he is just regurgutating the koolaid that Sony PR people gave him. Instead of real Sony execs or PR people coming out they get this shill to do the work for them. lol. Look at the link above. sony this, sony that. The guy did nto even know what he was talking about in the IMMR case. Sony is in trouble or they would not need to be paying a schill like this to do their PR. Looks like a time buying mechanism as right now they must not decided who is going to take the PR fall when they settle this thing with IMMR.

good find. Maybe he is also advising Sony's legal team - seems like the same line of thinking that has served them well so far - it's ok - we have seen many dissenters fall by teh wayside when conftonted by the facts - btw - Michael are you related to David of posts past?
