    couselor. re claim construction

Maybe you guys should E mail that stuff. No sense giving those lazy incompetent sony lawyers any help.

Maybe somebody could give these uninformed Sony investors a more realistic way to value Immersions earning potential.

We should be respectfull to them. They did not create this problem.

    • in the appeal. Can't remember which news it was in but I read it and it made me immediately think they were not at the negotiating table at this time. Did anyone else read somthing to that effect and how did you interpret it. I know others were laughing yesterday but it made me think they really believe they will fair better going thru the process of appealing the judgement.

      • What do you expect them to say?

After listening to that shill come out yesterday and parrot some really foolish stuff it was same ol, same ol.

I think it was dpk that made a great point yesterday. Sony risked a No Stay as they went before the Judge. You will throw everything including the kitchen sink at the case to try to prevent that from happening. I will also dig up an older Post from dpk to me where he mentioned that an Appeals Case is NOT the opportunity to go try this case all over again. It is to find where someone made a mistake according to the law if I remember right and there are rules of what is allowed and not allowed. Sorry if I did not paraphrase this correctly dpk, but I will try to find your exact Post.

On the IC Bench trial the judge did say it was not entirely frivilous when it came to awarding IMMR legal fees. The wording though sounds like it was a good portion frivilous. That does not sound like the foundation of a strong case to me.

However, as an investor you have to do what is right in your mind, what is most likely to happen, and invest at your own risk.

Personally, I think thi sets up for a settlement. This bad Press has become overwhelmingly I think for Sony especially given they have a new exec team taking over. Just seems to make sense to me that it would be better for them to put this behind them and move on rather than carry a contentious and now well known legal case into their first year running the company.

That is my opinion and two cents on the Buck. Each investor has to do his own thing.
