Being somewhat of a gamer, the Wii games are like arcade games back in the early 90's. PS3 games a more realistic and complex (adult oriented).
I think the reason the Wii is outselling the PS3 is mainly because of the price, but it's also because of the types of games (adult vs family). Remember, the Family/Children population is HUGE. Parents buy stuff for their kids all the time.
It's because of the price point. If PS3 was $350 (with no Blu-Ray), it would probably be outselling the Wii (or at least close). SNE screwed themselves by trying to shove Blu-Ray down the throats of gamers. Wrong group of people to screw.
