Not thrilled to see that Sony is still in a decline and that the VITA has been unable to turn it around. Been a fan of Sony since PS1 for their innovation. Just as it was a huge risk for them to originally release the PS3 at a whopping 700 bones, they were still losing money on every console, and now they are doing a similar thing on their 3D tvs... pricing them affordably but losing out per unit. In any case, I know Sony will come out on top as they prove to be titans in the electronics field. It sure was a slow start with the PS3 but consumers are catching on to the quality of product that is a Sony product. If I recall, Xbox360 had something like a 8-10% failure rate ("red light of death") vs. PS3's sub-5% rate. Let's watch and see the innovations that will surely continue with Sony.
XBOX 360 had more like a 75% failure rate, but it's still outselling the PS3 by a longshot. At least MSFT owned up to the problem and extended it's warranty to 3 years, no questions asked and no charges to have it fixed.
