Sony needs new management if they can't understand what consumers want or don't know how to deliver it. It's a shame if they just don't care.
We want Bose quality sound, not spark-o-matic quality. I bought my daughter a Sony radio/cd player for her room because the price was low. Now that I listen to it, I feel that I let her down. A consumer should NEVER have to feel that way. Sony should not put their name on such a product.
We want Sony to simply be either the very best, or very close to the best but at the best value.
It used to be, "Sony, the one and only". If management doesn't have a way to get back to that, then they should just go out of business.
