Adds 16% shares to the shares outstanding. Add this into the 60% rise in the stock and you get a total rise in market cap of about 80% from the bottom. Why? Because the Yen is back to where it was in 2010, which is when SNE lost a ton of money? It can't be because they're making huge inroads into selling TVs or cell phones or making gobs of money in their music business which has been killed by digital music. This company has lost money for several years in a row. A move of 20% in the Yen ain't gonna do anything substantial for this company.
Look at the recent falls in NOK and RIMM. This one is in the same category.
