    X Box

Like many Sony lovers, I don't worry too much
about Microsoft's X Box. However, with the reputation
(Zero-defect quality control) ruined due to memory card
failure, it hurts so much. The external failure cost
(including loss of customers) is too huge.

viewing the rapid rise of recent stock price, I've sold
my SNE yesterday morning to lock my profit. And
    luckily I did.

I'll be back when the dust is

    • Where the heck do you get that vile bunch of
nonsense?....Read Consumer Reports magazine...their Video Recorders
are the least reliable..their tv's are grossly over
priced and unreliable..the $700 PHILIPS has a better
picture and more features, and is more reliable...than
the $1500 junk from Sony...the $900 Sony EQUALS the
$700 PHILIPS..CU mag said teh Philips sets are the
best VALUE, more features, better image, more are also rated BETTER than Sony....Advertising
hype, it's pitiful what the uninformed will
believe....Philips alos has a device called music don't think the Sony music stick is so
      unique...checkout's notasony....

    • Sony most likely launched the PS/2 first in
Japan, and in March,so that any glitches would be uncovered
and corrected,in the early stage of the worldwide
rollout. The discovery of problems at this point,is actually
good news, since it gives Sony time to iron out the
kinks before releasing PS/2 in the US and Europe. The
few minor bugs uncovered, shouldn't have any lingering
long term effect on Sonys reputation for quality, and
when PS/2 goes into wide distibution it will be an
actual kickin machine, not some vague boX.
