Well, this should get very interesting. I wonder what effect, if any, this will have on the share price. Sell western Canadian holdings and go elephant hunting was one comment posted by rol_dutch. Not sure that has worked out really well for us in the past but perhaps the Viking deal is a foreshadowing of something better to come. I do not have enough tied up in Sonde any more to get my shorts in a knot over this and would also point out that, with more and more oil and gas coming from the continental U.S., perhaps it is not worth holding those Canadian properties any longer.
