Pickens is out saying his bill will pass
Mr. Pickens has got some good points. More nat gas cars and trucks will pressure price of oil down. Everytime a car or truck owner picks nat gas vehicle over gasoline/diesel the refiners lose a customer for say 10 years. Interesting to see how this all progresses.
