    Just bought NUGT

at 32.95 the gold miners have taken to much of a beating, average gold production cost is at 1180 and that would be for your better mines, I cant see them taken the major miners out of business, good luck everyone

    • Hey fp - how do you feel about NUGT. I jumped on the wagon too and I'm wondering if it wasn't too soon. Quite a ride yesterday. NG seems very quiet compared.

      • Hello sorin, its hard to believe they are taking gold miners down that hard, some are hitting new lows. When I checked out gold miner like ABX, AUY, NEM, GG, IAG and so on I thought ok I will take a position as it looked like a bottom to me. I am going to hang in as I believe a rebound will happen soon. Today there low trading as there probably will be low trading for the rest of the week. Good luck

    • Go post this #$%$ in NUGT board....

michno, heres something that might interest you, keep your eye on NUGT, I am setting a bid price at 30.90 and hope it hits tomorrow, the miners have taken a huge beating
So Airhead steals others people buy picks to claim as a buy to put on another board, last time Airhead bought NUGT was at 44 a share when it hit 38.95 I bought and said its time to buy, Airhead again pays more since he doesn't understand charts. He is still waiting for UGAZ to hit 11, 10,9, and the gift at 8 to buy and he lost out but will tell everyone he bought in when it was cheap,.Also since NUGT wouldnt drop like I thought I bought in at 32.95, Airhead you really need to get a life other then stalking people and using there picks to try and claim victory.

      • Craphead, now you prove not only are you full of BS, but you are also a hypocrite!!! You have 20 to 30 posts about natural gas on the NUGT board yet you give FP #$%$ about his posting. What a turd you are. Someone needs to flush you down the toilet.

    • This will help Gold next week,

China to start gold swaps trading on Nov. 25
      SHANGHAI Fri Nov 22, 2013 4:49am EST

Nov 22 (Reuters) - China, set to overtake India this year as the world's top gold consumer, will start gold swaps trading on the interbank market next week, giving more hedging tools for banks dealing in bullion.

The Shanghai-based China Foreign Exchange Trade System will start gold swaps trading on November 25th, with the Shanghai Gold Exchange responsible for related settlement and delivery, the National Interbank Funding Center said in a statement on Friday.

The start of gold swaps trading comes as China is taking steps to open up its gold market and increase financial investments.

The Shanghai Futures Exchange launched simulated trading for gold and copper options on Tuesday. The central bank said in September it plans to raise the number of firms allowed to import and export gold and also ease restrictions on individual buyers of the precious metal.

Chinese gold purchases will top 1,000 tonnes in 2013 due to a surge in demand for gold jewelry, bars and coins, according to World Gold Council forecasts.

The amount is well ahead of India, bullion imports have fallen due to government restrictions aimed at supporting the currency and reducing a current account deficit.

    • FP the gold trade looks like its badly broken so no positions for me either way. If they cut back on QE then I think gold can slip more making it even more difficult for the miners. If you read their oct quaterlys they all talkin about this. I hope gold gets a big turn up and you make out like a bandit.

      • Hello eskimo I only bought a small amount, I read some of the reports and they didn't look good, its a short term play. Gold mining stocks usually drop when gold drops, I looked at the GLD chart and the RSI indicator has been at 20 for over a week and that leads me to believe gold is ready to have a rebound helping gold mining stocks. I will have to wait and see, and probably will be out next week, good luck
